About Us

Two Rivers Family Services (TRFS) is a locally owned and operated Consumer Directed Service Facilitation agency proudly based in Charles City County, Virginia. Our name reflects the unique character of the community we serve, where both the James River and the Chickahominy River border the county and have shaped its rich history and strong sense of community.
